Every year someone at the office suggests or insists (some would say probes) we share our New Year resolutions, and I am often reminded of the infamous and anonymous on point quote from someone who was clearly and most dearly, a human being:

“I think I made too many New Year’s resolutions this year. It took me almost a full day to break them all.”

You may have realised by now our lack of property mentions for a few weeks. This is due in part to the time of year and that this is a time to reflect.
