Out of the gate this year and toward the end of last year, we started to experience a sizeable increase on last year’s property interest. Interest for property on the Costa del Sol early 2022 and the previous years may have been lower than the trend suggested. When we look back on 2020-2022 it’s no wonder the need to buy property was down slightly.
Let’s recap: First, we had COVID-19 – end of conversation. Then for some reason we were unable to have our baggage checked-in or out when we travelled (still in some places a baggage handler is worth more and is rarer than a doctor) and sadly, we experienced the start and continuation of a war. There’s no wonder then that as a human race looking to live life to the full that we held off on our plans.
It seems a fair amount of the reasons we held back last year are behind us.
