Our American friends are particularly good, first in class at putting a name on it.  Acronyms and abbreviations pretty much started there and are now very much commonplace in most societies. Whilst the term “WIN WIN” is neither acronym nor abbreviation, it does define the notion of both parties getting what they want from a transaction or deal so to speak.

You could be looking for or considering a Costa del Sol property to live in full time and to work from home, for retirement, for holiday or for investment purposes.  Each of us has differing reasons for starting a search and when we do start, each of us has a different approach to the next.
