I'm Dutch by birth, Costa del Sol by choice. I moved to Spain in 2017 and started Glaser Real Estate in 2019 — first as a real-estate practice, and from 2025 also with a holiday-rental management arm. The two sit under the same roof for a reason.
Most agencies on this coast treat property as transactions. A buyer signs, a seller signs, the keys change hands, and that's the relationship. We work the other way around — we stay.
