Glaser Holiday Rentals manages a growing portfolio of premium holiday homes across the Costa del Sol from our office in Arroyo de la Miel. The role.
The Guest & Property Experience Coordinator is at the heart of how Glaser Holiday Rentals delivers — the warm, professional face of the company at every arrival, and our eyes and hands across the portfolio between arrivals.
You will personally welcome guests, walk them through their property, and set the tone for a great holiday. You will inspect properties before guests arrive, support the onboarding of new homes into our portfolio, handle in-stay issues with calm and resourcefulness, and work closely with our Head of Operations to keep the whole operation running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys hosting people, takes pride in details, and stays calm when things don't go to plan. It is also a role with real growth in it: we are hiring someone who can step up into a leading position as the team and portfolio expand over the next 12–24 months.
What you will do.
- Welcome guests personally on arrival — key handover, property walkthrough, local recommendations, and a warm Glaser introduction.
- Carry out pre-arrival property inspections so every home is genuinely guest-ready, in close coordination with our housekeeping team through Breezeway.
- Support the onboarding of new properties: photo sessions, inventory checks, owner kick-off visits.
- Act as first responder for in-stay issues — coordinate maintenance, suppliers, and follow through until the guest is happy.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with our local suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, pool, gardening).
- Support José, our Head of Operations, with anything that requires being physically on the ground.
- Use our systems (Avantio, Breezeway, Chekin) to keep tasks, properties and guests tracked and visible to the wider team.

Requirements.
- Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Applicants must already live in the area of Benalmádena.
- A third language is a major advantage — particularly German, Dutch, or French, given our international guest base on the Costa del Sol.
- Valid driving licence.
- Available to work weekends and flexible hours during peak season. This is hospitality — Saturdays exist.
- Eligible to live and work in Spain, and based in the Costa del Sol area.
- Any customer-facing experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or similar is a plus — but not required. We care far more about how you make people feel than how many years are on your CV.
