A pricing letter with three reference comparables, the local market rhythm right now, and a recommended asking price — with a range, not a single number.

Wide-angle interior shots, drone where needed, dawn or dusk hero — commissioned by Glaser and included in the seller service, no separate fee. Same photos carry over to rental management if you go that route too.

Multilingual marketing

Listing copy written by a native speaker of your buyer's language — not run through a translation tool. Distributed for maximum exposure: the Costa del Sol broker network, national and international property portals, and our own direct buyer pipeline.

Hosted viewings

Every viewing is hosted in person by a Glaser team member — we never hand keys to outside brokers. We pre-qualify each visit, show the property ourselves, and answer the buyer's questions on the spot.

Direct line to every offering party's agent. You see every counter, every reason, every comparable behind the number. No theatre.

Lawyer + notary

Coordination from the reservation contract through to the escritura (the title deed signed at a notary). We sit beside you for every signing, in your language, with the right people in the room.

No fee until we close.

Our selling service is fully inclusive. Professional photography, multilingual marketing copy, distribution to the agency-portal network, viewings management, negotiation and lawyer coordination — all part of the seller service, no separate fees.

Our selling fee is paid only on a successful close, agreed in writing before we list. No retainer, no monthly subscription, no marketing levy. The valuation visit itself is free.
