About Puerto Banús

Puerto Banús was opened in 1970 by José Banús and has since become the international shorthand for the Costa del Sol's luxury end. The residential building stock around the marina is mostly post-1980 apartment complexes, with a step up in price for buildings closest to the water and to the Avenida del Mar approach.
