As a buyers' market this is the ultra-prime end of Costa del Sol property: large detached villas (often 1,000+ m² built on plots of 3,000+ m²), architect-designed properties with multiple buildings, the privacy that the wider Marbella area can't match. Turnover is low, holding periods are long.
