What's distinctive
- Direct beach access from most blocks
- Quieter residential feel than Centro
- Long-stay winter market exceptionally strong here
- Lower nightly rates evened by higher occupancy
Quieter beachfront strip east of Los Boliches — residential, beach-walk-in.
Myramar is a quieter residential pocket east of Los Boliches — beachfront blocks with easy beach access and a laid-back local feel. San Cayetano sits one street back, popular with long-stay winter visitors. Property stock is largely 1980s and 1990s pool-complex apartments, with a few newer blocks closer to the train line. Lower nightly rates evened by higher occupancy, particularly in the winter months from the established Northern European retiree base.
Long-stay-rental investors, Nordic and Dutch retirees, repeat-summer family buyers, quiet-seeking primary-residence buyers.
Vote position varies — beach-front blocks here have been mixed on short-term rental. Newer blocks closer to the train line have been more open.
Summer is the peak. Winter 1–6 month bookings are very common — this is one of the strongest long-stay-winter pockets on the central coast.
